THE CONSULTATIVE GROUP ON INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH
The international Livestock Centre for Africa (ILCA) is one the 13 international agricultural research centres funded by the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). The 13 centres, located mostly within the tropics, have been set up by the CGIAR over the last decade to provide long-term support for agricultural development in the Third World.
